New guest blogger for Art 21, blogging from the San Francisco Bay area, Kelly Huang recently completed her MA in Arts Administration and Policy from the School of the Art Institute.

Her thesis examined how art world ecosystems affect the valuation of artwork and artists in New York and Chicago.
