Take a walk on the wild side with artist Lois DiPerna of Johnsburg during an art show at The Inspired Art Studio.
DiPerna uses colored pencils to render the beauty of elephants, big
cats, bears and koalas. Her drawings create a depth and feel that makes
the viewer want to reach out and touch the artwork. She is a graduate
of the Art Institute of Chicago.
The art show will be Nov. 14-29 at the studio, 1316 Spring Beach Way, Cary.
Special opening receptions will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Nov. 14 and Nov. 15.
DiPerna will offer prints and note cards, as well as her original drawings and paintings.
