Ellen Holtzblatt (BFA 1983, MAAT 1986) will be exhibiting her paintings at the A. Montgomery Ward Gallery at the University of Chicago. The work, which is an introspective exploration of the relationships among memory, death and birth, incorporates remembrances of events not personally experienced and images of birds from the Bird Specimen Collection at The Field Museum of Chicago.
