Marc Adelman's found photo project, Stelen (Columns), is currently on
view in New York City at the Jewish Museum in the group exhibition
Composed: Identity, Politics, Sex. The installation features 50 from
over 150 images from profiles found on a popular European dating site
catering to gay men. Unifying the individual images is the backdrop of
Peter Eisenman's Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe.
The
work was acquired for the museum's permanent collection this past
February, and can be seen through June 30 along with work by Collier
Schorr, AA Bronson, and Adi Nes.
