One of the most important ways that alumni can give back is through volunteering. We are always looking for volunteers to assist us in the following areas:

• Events
  Alumni Affairs hosts several local and international events throughout the year. We are always looking for an extra pair of hands to help with set up, check in, invitations, etc.
  
  
• Lectures, Panels and Classroom Visits
  Alumni Affairs teams up with fellow SAIC Departments to host lectures and panel discussions for both student and public audiences. Let us know if you are interested in public speaking!
  
  
• Fundraising & Sponsorship
  Do you or someone you know own a business? A catering service? Have a gallery space? Great ideas? Many of our most successful events and programs are made possible by the generosity of in-kind donations such as the free use of exhibition/event space, services or products. Let us know if you can help us find more opportunities like these!
  
  
• My.SAIC Group Page Administrators
  Do you have a MySpace page? Facebook? Do you want to help us all stay connected? We are looking for web-saavy alumni to help keep the group pages on our SAIC online community looking fresh and up-to-date.
  
  
• Regional Community Contacts
  Are you a connector? Hundreds of SAIC students are graduating and moving to new cities each year and many alumni travel for residencies and new opportunities. Help us help them to get acquainted with their new surroundings and make new friends. Let us know if you are interested in becoming a regional contact!
