Our Mission:

The School of the Art Institute of Chicago embraces alumni as vital stakeholders in the institution and valuable members of the SAIC community. Alumni Relations encourages and fosters alumni engagement in SAIC in ways that support the interests and goals of alumni as well as those of the school. We value and celebrate alumni contributions to SAIC, to the world of art and design, and to one another's creative lives.

Alumni Relations Goals:

• To enhance and support alumni pride and ongoing engagement with SAIC

• To build a sense of shared community among alumni, students, faculty, and staff and to promote communication and  
  networking among these groups

• To establish SAIC alumni as ambassadors of the arts and the school

• To encourage alumni support of the school’s advancement goals through contributions of their time, talent, and financial
  resources
